• Indoor Dog Park and Bar Lounge
• Daycare
• Boarding
• Grooming and Self Wash
• Private Events and Space Rentals

These Terms apply to your access to our website and general interaction with our Services.

3. Services Agreement Requirement (Important)

Use of Wag & Bone’s Services, including access to our facility, requires acceptance of our:

Wag & Bone is an environment where dogs and people interact.

You acknowledge that participation in dog-related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Dog-to-dog and dog-to-human interactions
• Injuries, bites, or scratches
• Slips, falls, or other physical incidents

All such risks are further detailed in our Services Agreement.

6. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the website
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Use content for commercial purposes without permission

All content on this website is the property of Wag & Bone and may not be used without authorization.

8. Payments and Bookings

All bookings, purchases, packages, memberships, and credits are subject to:

Additional terms, including expiration of credits and non-refundable policies, are governed by our Services Agreement.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
