How Boarding Works:
To ensure the best experience for every dog in our care, all new boarding dogs complete a simple onboarding process before their first overnight stay.
Steps:
1. Create Your Account
Set up your customer profile through our online portal and add your dog’s information.
2. Upload Vaccination Records
All dogs must have current Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccinations uploaded before attending daycare or boarding.
3. Schedule a Free Daycare Trial + Temperament Assessment
Before boarding, all new dogs complete a complimentary daycare trial to help our team understand their play style, comfort level, and social behavior.
4. Request Boarding
Once approved, you’ll be able to request boarding stays and future daycare visits more easily through your account.
Please note that:
Dogs must be at least 4 months old
Dogs over 1 year old must be spayed or neutered unless medically exempt.
Our onboarding process helps us create safe and compatible playgroups while ensuring every dog feels comfortable in the environment.

Rain, snow, or heat wave, dogs can play comfortably year round in our indoor park environment.
